Our blends feature functional mushroom extracts including Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, Reishi, and Tremella depending on the blend. These ingredients are traditionally used to support focus, clarity, clean energy, beauty, and overall wellness. Every formula is designed to complement premium coffee without sacrificing flavor.

Most ILLUMINI blends contain approximately 48 grams of functional mushroom extract per 12 oz bag, which equals about 1.5 grams (1,500 mg) per serving. A standard serving is approximately 6 fluid ounces brewed using about 2 tablespoons of coffee.

Caffeine levels vary slightly by blend and roast profile. Our Guatemalan medium and medium-light roasts provide smooth, balanced energy, while our Sumatra full city and dark roasts offer a richer, bolder experience. Mushrooms themselves do not add caffeine. We also offer Superblend Decaf for those wanting the functional benefits with minimal caffeine.

Caffeine sensitivity varies from person to person and depends on factors like roast level, serving size, and individual tolerance. In general, lighter roasts naturally contain slightly more caffeine, while darker roasts contain slightly less.

Our mushroom extracts are sourced from trusted suppliers and lab-tested for purity and potency. Our Organic Lion’s Mane blend uses organic lion’s mane extract, and we prioritize clean, premium ingredients across the entire lineup.

Brew exactly like regular coffee — drip machine, pour-over, French press, espresso, or cold brew. Adjust strength to your preference. Approximately 1 tablespoon equals about 5.3 grams of coffee.

Most blends are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and free from unnecessary additives. Beauty Blend + Protein contains collagen peptides and is not vegan.
