If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.
To start a return or refund request, please email us at info@illuminimushroomcoffee.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging when applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and reviewed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
Requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refund or return.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it immediately.
