ILLUMINI Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to ensure product safety and quality.

Before sending anything back, please email us at info@illuminimushroomcoffee.com so we can issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement after processing.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right immediately.
